N0tice is a site has been created, by the Guardian, so people know more about what's happening in their local area. N0tice alllows people from local communitys to post blogs (called reports), advertise items or services that are for sale and advertise events that have been aranged. It also allows people to share any multimedia content such as texts, pictures,links, tweets, videos and audios. Users of N0ice have to sign up for the service and can choose to sign in using a N0tice account or by using a log in from a diffrent social media website. Users are given the oppertunity to rate repoerts and comment on them. What all the information and multimedia content is posted onto is called a noticboard. The owner of a communtiy's noticeboard can personalise the board, owns a unique URL, is given an analytics package and a share in the revenues from the site.
